No Show
So the Directv tech didn't show on Saturday. Customer service won't do anything but reschedule and apologize. I am pissed. I really think they don't want me as a customer....

I think if I were you, I would contact the Better Business Bureau and see what can be done. That is terrible. I certainly hope that you aren't having to pay for service while the dish is not working.

Switch to Dish Network!!!!
I did that about 4 years ago and I have never been happier!!!!
Better picture, better service MUCH better hardware.
